Maintenance Mart Inc was incorporated in July of 1985. For over 30 years, Maintenance Mart has been providing our clients with a wide variety of building repair and construction services, as well as routine janitorial services, wherein the company derived its name, Maintenance Mart.
We quickly became a leading provider of building and janitorial maintenance through our service and commitment to our clients over the past three decades. We have retained a very strong and loyal client base.

Maintenance Mart addresses the traditional areas of concern in janitorial services: communication, supervision and quality control.
COMMUNICATION Communication is one of the most important aspects in any service industry. We facilitate this through daytime visits by Maintenance Mart management. We perform routine inspections of clients’ facilities during regular business hours allowing a link to be established with those responsible on both sides of the contract. We employ additional tools: We utilize a state-of-the-art biometric time clock in all of our locations. This allows us to track employee clock in and outs down to the second. We also have a 24 hr call center where management can be reached 24/7 in the event of an emergency. In addition to this, we always have someone on call ensuring that we can address issues any time of the day.
SUPERVISION Supervision is maintained by Field Managers who train and direct the activities of our cleaning group. Combining our supervisors and time clock system, we can insure 100% employee accountability.
QUALITY CONTROL Quality control is an ongoing process, not a periodic check. Field Supervisors regularly check our buildings at night, as well as daytime management visits by sales and operations managers.
